A Longer Guided Meditation for Strong Emotions

In my last post, I offered a talk, a short meditation, and resources for working with strong emotions. I later added a free PDF worksheet describing the practice of RAIN and blending in prompts from SNOELL. Below is a longer guided meditation with less explanation for a more felt experience.

If meditation is not your thing, you could also think of this as an auditory prompt for writing or making art about your emotions. See what happens!

This audio recording is about 25 minutes long. There is a short intro and practice prep that includes noticing safety and moving your body until about 5:15. The last 30 seconds are a brief closing.
